I want to thank first of all to my Creator for giving me such a wonderful talent to share and to my husband and two sons for their unconditional love and support.
It is been fifteen years since I have started decorating cakes. Since then, apart from making new friends and lots of happy customers, many changes came into my life, but all of them were for good and I am very pleased to launched a new renovated site with new possibilities as upcoming events, my new line of products and classes, also PDF files for the people that cannot attend classes with me.
During these exiting fifteen years I've won competitions throughout the country and won Gold Medals and Best Sugar Piece of Show at the
Societe Culinaire Philantropique in New York. I am a constant demonstrator at the ICES and NEC Conventions and also travel to different Days of Sharings or Cake Clubs meetings as a teacher and vendor of my own line of cutters and cake decorating supplies.
